Transparent, fair pricing with no hidden fees

Time

Billed per hour or per service appointment. You only pay for the time we spend solving your problem.

Labor

Hands-on work by our technicians. From troubleshooting to installations, every task is handled by experienced professionals.

Materials

Parts, cables, and hardware sourced and installed by our team. Equipment we provide with a custom warranty may include a markup.

How Services Are Billed

Most Services

Billed per service appointment or per hour, whichever makes more sense for the job. We always provide a clear, upfront quote before work begins.

Networking & Configuration

Billed per hour or per floor for larger spaces. Complex setups like multi-floor wiring or enterprise networking are scoped individually.

Emergency & After-Hours

Emergency calls are billed at 150% of the base hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum, even for quick fixes.

Travel

Free travel is included for all on-site appointments within a 30-mile radius of our Westfield headquarters. No trip charges, no mileage fees.

Payment Methods

We accept debit and credit cards, ACH transfers, and cash. Invoices can be paid online through our payment portal. We do not accept checks.

Project Discounts

For larger projects, we offer discounted project-based pricing that can save you money compared to hourly billing.

Whether that's a flat project price or hourly billing, we'll recommend whichever option costs you less.

Service Contracts

Monthly or yearly contracts available. Contract customers pay less per service appointment during the contract term.

Every contract is custom-tailored to your business needs. No cookie-cutter plans. We build the agreement around how you actually use IT support.

Policies

Late fees: Payment is due upon receipt. Invoices unpaid after 7 days are subject to a $25 one-time late fee plus 10% of the remaining balance per invoice.

Cancellations: Cancellations are free up until the technician arrives on-site. No-shows or cancellations made after the technician has arrived are subject to a $100 fee.
